Can I get matchmaking support under I4F fund?
Yes, TDB and IIA will assist the Indian and Israeli companies for matchmaking support in order to find a relevant partner in the counterpart country in case they are not able to find a potential match via online matchmaking portal.
What is I4F’s IP sharing policy?
I4F’s general IP sharing policy is as follows:
- Each Party is and shall remain the owner of its Background IP.
- Access rights to the Background IP of one Party may be granted to the other Party only to the extent necessary for the execution and during the term of the joint project.
- The parties will mutually agree on ownership and Rights to Foreground IP.
